The moniker HIT-KUNLE is the result of a fusion between the english term 'hit' and the yoruba word 'kunle': "the hit that abundantly fills home".
Having played over a hundred concerts in 14 months promoting their first album "In the Pot" (Bello Records) throughout Italy, Spain and France, the band is now working on new music.
